Our Unicorn Family e-Cargo is designed for families; a cargo bike to be shared by riders with varying heights (from 1.5m tall).
The step-through design makes it easy to get on and off the bike regardless of the rider's height, the adjustable seat post and optional handlebar-height adjusting system makes this a "one-size-fits-all" cargo bike.
Powered by Shimano eP600 Cargo mid-motor engine and fitted with 3X3 NINE hub.

Shipping
Please note that we currently ship throughout Europe only.
All of your orders are always shipped with Track & Trace. Smaller accessories (like the BySchulz stem and cargo net) are shipped via PostNL; heavier accessories between 1kg-10kg are shipped via DPD and our cargo bikes are shipped through DHL (or the best option provided by our shipping partner).
You should receive the Track & Trace code with your dispatch email once your purchase is on its way to you. Please contact us at raissa@ten07.cc otherwise.
Transit times
We expect accessories to arrive within 3-5 business days. Please get in touch if your order doesn't arrive within this time frame.
As for cargo bikes, please allow 2 weeks for us to build, pack and ship your order. We'll keep you posted if anything changes.
For UK shipments, please allow extra time for customs.

Packages can only have a maximum weight of 30kgs. For bike orders that come with heavy accessories (e.g. Pendix engine or wooden box), these will arrive in a separate box.
