Shipping
Please note that we currently ship throughout Europe only.
All of your orders are always shipped with Track & Trace. Smaller accessories (like the BySchulz stem and cargo net) are shipped via PostNL; heavier accessories between 1kg-10kg are shipped via DPD and our cargo bikes are shipped through DHL (or the best option provided by our shipping partner).
You should receive the Track & Trace code with your dispatch email once your purchase is on its way to you. Please contact us at raissa@ten07.cc otherwise.
Transit times
We expect accessories to arrive within 3-5 business days. Please get in touch if your order doesn't arrive within this time frame.
As for cargo bikes, please allow 2 weeks for us to build, pack and ship your order. We'll keep you posted if anything changes.
For UK shipments, please allow extra time for customs.

Due to rising fuel costs, the shipping rates shown below may be out of date. Please note the shipping costs at checkout.
Packages can only have a maximum weight of 30kgs. For bike orders that come with heavy accessories (e.g. Pendix engine or wooden box), these will arrive in a separate box.

- After you receive your order, we accept a 14-day fuss-free return.
- Please return your item in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Please note that you will need to provide the return shipping, unless the item needs to be repaired or replaced.
